Policy:

It is Mamascarf’s  policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves.

Data & Privacy:

The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.

Supply and delivery:

We undertake to supply you with your Mamascarf within 5 working days. Delivery will be via Royal Mail (first class).

Refunds:

In the event of loss, or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable, the goods must be returned in their original condition within 28 days and a full refund will be sent. If initial payment was by Credit or Debit Card, then the refund will be made back to your Credit/Debit Card.  Please email prior to returning any item.

Safety with Mamascarf:

IMPORTANT - Failure to read and act upon these instructions could result in injury to your baby.  Mamascarf is not a device for carrying your baby.  You should always have one hand holding your baby whilst using your Mamascarf.  It does provide additional support for your arm but you will still need to use your arm to hold your baby.  You should not use Mamascarf to stand feeding your baby, it is designed for use whilst sitting.   You should not tie your Mamascarf whilst holding your baby.  Ensure your baby is in a safe place whilst tying your scarf and that your Mamascarf is secure before you start to use.
